Your Responsibilities

• Accept risks - verify important comparisons yourself
• Respect limits - don't abuse or overload the service
• Your data security - you're responsible for backups and data handling

Liability Limits

• No liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption
• No guarantees that results are error-free or suitable for critical use
• Service provided "as is" - use at your own risk
• Maximum liability capped at €500 (if applicable under NLdigital Terms)

Applicable Law & Disputes (Article 18)

These terms are governed by Dutch law.

Any disputes are resolved by arbitration in accordance with SGOA (Foundation for the Settlement of Automation Disputes) regulations in Amsterdam.

Intellectual Property (Article 7)

All intellectual property rights to TxtCmp (software, design, documentation) remain with JustFox

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.

Privacy & Confidentiality (Article 5)

We keep confidential information secret.

However, since TxtCmp processes files entirely in your browser, we never receive your files or data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Warranty Disclaimer (Article 15)

TxtCmp is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee:

• Error-free operation
• Uninterrupted availability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy of comparison results

Always verify important comparisons yourself!

Limitation of Liability (Article 15)

Our liability is strictly limited:

• No liability for indirect damages (lost profits, business interruption, etc.)
• Maximum liability: €500 for direct damages
• Exception: Only intent or gross negligence by management removes these limits

Force Majeure (Article 16)

We're not liable for failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Internet infrastructure failures
• Power outages or server issues
• Cyber attacks or security incidents
• Government actions or restrictions
